Attendees will learn practical tactics they can apply right away to work smarter, remove personal bottlenecks, and stand out in a crowded creative and marketing landscape. They will also have the chance to meet other marketers, make new connections, and grow their local network.

The Speaker

Sean Lang is an agency scaling coach who teaches the practical tactics and workflows professionals need to reduce chaos and accelerate growth.

After scaling his own agency from $10K per month to over $150K per month, he began helping others gain clarity, remove bottlenecks, and build habits that make success repeatable. Through Agency Uplift, he works with founders and teams to improve positioning, streamline operations, strengthen communication, and create systems that support consistent output.

He also co-founded Social Commerce Club and hosts a podcast where he extracts actionable insights from high-performing agency owners.

Sean’s work centers on helping creatives, marketers, and entrepreneurs adopt simple, effective playbooks so they can scale their careers and businesses with more confidence and less overwhelm.

The Location

Nestled in the heart of Gastown, the Portside Pub at 7 Alexander St. is known for its friendly atmosphere, great beer, and chef-inspired menu, making this venue the perfect spot to kick off the Vancouver community. The venue serves alcohol, so attendees are reminded to bring a piece of photo ID. A physical ID is required, as scanned versions will not be accepted by security.
