If you ski or snowboard, come spend an evening with talented creatives enjoying the fresh mountain air up at Cypress. We welcome all beginner, intermediate or advanced skiers and snowboarders—and of course, feel free to bring a friend or two.

We’ll meet in front of the Cypress Mountain lodge (by the Olympic rings) at 7pm, then ski/ride until the hill closes at 10pm.

The event is FREE to attend, with the exception of your transportation, the lift ticket, and any rentals (if applicable). If we get a group of 20 people together, we can arrange in advance for a 20% discount, so please keep this in mind when RSVP’ing. RSVP’ing for this event will shut down 2 days before so that we can manage our numbers.

Once we start seeing what the interest is for this event, we’ll look at what we can do to help you coordinate with others to get up to the mountain. Given the amount of car-share options available, this should be doable.

After the lifts shut down, we can stick around for some kind of impromptu social since the bar/cafe shuts down at 8pm… We’ll figure this out later.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS EVENT WILL BE WEATHER DEPENDENT.

We’ll be making a call on that 24 hours in advance if we are looking at insane amounts of rain. If it’s snowing a lot, I’ll definitely be going up, but the road can get pretty sketchy for those not prepared for mountain life, so it will be a free-for-all at that point.

Chris Young | Creative Pulse

Chris Young is an Art Director/Senior Designer and has been a member of Creative Pulse since 2015. If you’ve been to any of our events, he’s likely poured you a beer or two.

Chris is the CP member that spearheaded this event and will be on the ground with at least a couple of our other members to greet you at Cypress Mountain – look for Chris in the bright yellow jacket. Chris is an avid snowboarder and has been hoping to do this event for the last few years, so fingers crossed with the weather!
